My Childhood_Nur Asyurah

I was born in this world on the 30 December 1993 at Kandang Kerbau Hospital (KKH) around 5.30+am.

My family consists of 6 people, my father, mother, sister, brother, younger brother and myself.

When I was a child, I get everything I want before my younger brother was born. After my younger brother was born, my parents tend to dote him more that me and I have to share the things of what he wanted. As a child, of course i felt jealous but not anymore as I grew older.
I am the middle child in the family and I love being the middle. I find it fair, neither eldest nor youngest. My mother was a Houswife and my Father was the only working. When I was a child, I spent most of my time with my mother instead of Father as she 's a housewife.

Compared to now,I think they dote me more before than now maybe because now I have grown up.

When I was young, my mother will feed me food that contains vegetables like spinach, tomato, chye sim etc and she will tell me that those food can make a person stronger as they want me to eat it and I myself did not know that was vegetables. But now, I no longer eat those vegetables as I find them disgusting. And I love to eat corn during my childhood times.

I still remember the biggest trouble I have ever done. My little brother fell down from the staircase outside my house near the corridor. The story begins like this, I was playing catching outside the corridor with my brother when my little brother came along. I was so tired run there run here and so, I decided to take a rest at the stairs. Then came my both brother. We were sitting at the stairs and suddenly my brother pushed my little brother and he fell from the stairs. I frantic and I shout for my parents. They quickly ran out anxiously wanted to know what had happened. My brother pushed all the blame to me but I did nothing of it. My little brother forhead was full with blood and he had around 7 stiches. Until now, there is still a small tiny scar at my little brother's forehead. I did apologised to him but I just think that It was not my fault although that happened a few years ago.

Can you belive it until now I still keep keep the teddy bear that was given by my parents? Well,
I loved that teddy bear alot and I slept with it too. I gave my teddy bear a name, Kiki. Kiki was fluffy and smooth. When I was young and my siblings does not want to play with me, I will play with it. I cherish that teddy bear so much that I can't bear to throw it away. If it will be gone one day, it won't be now.

That's all I have to say about My Childhood. Those memories will never be forgotten, the cheerfullness and bitter.
Happy reading people! :D

  1. Great content, Asyurah! I can see you spent a lot of time and effort writing this personal recount. Very good attempt! One thing you can improve, however, would be the accuracy of your language. A personal recount is written using past tenses. So make sure you have used the correct tenses in your writing. Always check before you submit or post. Cheers! Mrs Ng
