My childhood_ karen wee yee huei

My lovely friends! I am Karen Wee Yee Huei welcome to our interesting and wonderful blog!

Now I am going to introuduce my personal recount in childhood. I was born on 23 April 1993 in Mount Avenue Hospital. I have six family members, my parents, three older brothers and myself. When I am a child, I was very joyful and cheerful. Nobody will bully me because I have my three brothers who had always protect me so I am very delighted in this world. Last time, when I am still a child, my parents looked very young and lovely. They won't fight or quarrel to each other but they still the same never change at all. I like this kind of family. When I grew older, my parents treat me with care and concern and understand me more. But I spend most of the time with my mother than my father because my mother is a housewife. She constantly don't like to live alone me in house because she worried that I will learn bad things when I'm outside. I am very lucky to be in this world and have this family!

My best friend from primary school was Amelia. She and I was in the same class in primary school and the same secondary school but different class now. I knew her since I was primary 5 and we lived near each other. We played, studied and eat together happily.

When I was young, my favourite food was fish porridge because the fish was soft and the porridge was just nice to swallow down. I like the porridge because the fragrant of the smell was very fantastic. When I felt like eating, I always asked my mom cooked for me for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Until now, I still felt like eating it. It was so delicious! I loved my mom so much, not only her but my dad too.

I was a pampered and quiet child when i was around 4 to 5 years old. When I wanted things I always like a lot, I will always irritate my parents to buy for me. I am quite a fortunate girl. When I grew older, my personal attitude had changed. I tends to be very helpful and caring towards my friends and family members. I never got beating from my parents but had a lot of explanation from them when I did wrong things. So until now, I never become a bad and rude girl.

When I was 14 years old, I started working as a part-time job selling ice-cream, but the salary was low and I still continue working. When I was in Secondary 3, I started working at XT2 jeans in Bugis Street as a salesgirl. I gained a lot of interesting experience there. I had learnt a lot of things from them and I finally knew how hard is money earned, so I will treasure my parents money and not to spent them unnessarily. I will studied hard and next time I will repay them for what they had done for me for all these years. Thank You, Mummy and Daddy!!!
